ZSE Market Commentary 9 May 2023
The ZSE All Share index firmed up by a significant 4,369.61 points (8.79%) to close at
54,058.72 points. Trading in the positive: DELTA CORPORATION LIMITED (DLTA.zw)
added $146.5000 to close at $1,123.3000, HIPPO VALLEY ESTATES LIMITED
(HIPPO.zw) increased by $94,9301 to $1,009.1800 and AFDIS DISTILLERS LIMITED
(AFDS.zw) added $73.0000 to close at $563.0000. MEIKLES LIMITED (MEIK.zw) went up
by $72.8708 to $561.0577 whilst TANGANDA TEA ESTATE (TANG.zw) traded $48.8650
higher at $420.0000.
Losses were recorded in WILLDALE LIMITED (WILD.zw) which lost $0.0193 to close at
$3.9807 and STAR AFRICA LIMITED (SACL.zw) went down $0.0158 to $2.2835
