Market Commentary 5 May 2022
The All-Share Index rebounded by 207.66 points (0.75%) to close at 27,839.98
points. CFI HOLDINGS (CFI.zw) led the movers by $30.0000 to close at
$230.0000, ECONET (ECO.zw) rose by $13.3990 to $293.2989 and SEEDCO
(SEED.zw) was $10.9961 higher at $251.0081. ZB FINANCIAL HOLDINGS
(ZBFH.zw) also increased by $5.9319 to settle at $96.4208 and LAFARGE
(LACZ.zw) traded $5.6875 stronger at $171.0000.
Losses were recorded in MEIKLES (MEIK.zw) which was $4.8324 lower at
$240.1429, AXIA (AXIA.zw) eased $4.2441 to $177.1827 and FIRST MUTUAL
HOLDINGS (FML.zw) was $3.4420 weaker at $19.8543. CBZ (CBZ.zw) also
decreased by $2.5255 to end at $163.9745 and ECOCASH HOLDINGS
(EHZL.zw) lost $1.7595 to end at $158.1532.
